Pros: Location is very good, Connected by BTS. Enough things to do in the area, all walking distance.

Cons: After 10 years of loyalty, shocked by the dishonesty. Late checkout refused, then magically approved once I agreed to pay. \

I loved the location, staff and big suite with great view of Bangkok skyline.

Pros: The choices at breakfast were good. Food was fresh and at right temperature. Staff were attentive. I liked the mix of cuisine and how many varied nationalities could find nice food to eat.

Cons: Nothing really.

Very lovely hotel in the perfect location

Pros: Best swimming pool at a Bangkok inner-city hotel with the perfect location right on the BTS. Walk to EmQuartier, walk to IKEA and 200 supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was awesome and we particularly enjoyed meeting other people who have stayed at the hotel for years and years.

Cons: Sorry we had to leave because it is really paradise.
