Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square

Good service overall by the staff.

Pros: The club lounge staff were very friendly and attentive. The food choice for breakfast and Happy Hour was good.

Cons: The cupboard space was limited with little storage for folded items. Also, not sufficient hangers

I like this hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good location.

Pros: First room should be well furnished, then changed. That was excellent.

Cons: No comfortable chair to work also. Table is also small in the first room. Next one is better.

Pros: the location was exellent and staff was friendly and helpful

Cons: the buffet breakfast was so diversified and remain similar.

As the whole the hotel’s staff & location are good.

Comfortable and Convenient

Pros: Very nice and convenient place. 1 min walk to BTS Train and famous shopping mall such as Siam Paragon and Siam Square.

Cons: The breakfast is quite limited and the taste is just subpar. Hope that there’s more variety and tastier food options.

Cons: Had to wait longer than most hotel to go up or down using the 3 lifts

Wonderful experience, super close to all the cool stuffs, just 2 mins walk to Siam BTS. Extremely kind and helpful staff

Good network hotel.

Pros: Ordinary network hotel like in the rest of the world.

Cons: Breakfast could be better. Meny list much less then in Warsawa or Franfurt on Main.
