A great hotel

Pros: This property had direct access to MBK. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff were so very thorough when cleaning the room. It was a great place to stay.

Pros: Liked that it is linked to MBK mall which will also lead to National Stadium BTS. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast tasted good.

Cons: Water will always flow out even though screen door is closed, and variety of breakfast can be more.

Loved it so much, have already booked for 2027

Pros: The two bedroom suite, was so much more than we expected. The private lounge to have breakfast and in fact, all our meals was exeptional with fresh, quality and varied food served each day. We were really impressed by the quality of the food.It was much quieter than the normal breakfast area. Staff were attentive and kind. And we loved having the Butler service, so nice to have someone help us when we need it.

Cons: Would have been nice to know, ice cream was an option, didn't know until we saw someone enjoying it, if there was a way to inform guests of what is available not just what is visible.

Great location, extra benefits with a suite room

Pros: Location, very easy to access the skytrain and shops. Staying in a suite room gave access to the Club lounge. Free snacks and non alcoholic drinks all day, free alcoholic drinks and some hot food early evening.

Cons: Cooked food in Club lounge was fairly average during our week stay, and breakfast and hot evening food choice was limited. Would have preferred a thin duvet on the bed rather than just a sheet.
