The always try maintain their property much better that’s what I feel

Pros: Silent and in the room they mark the Qibla for Muslims, prayer direction,

Cons: Rooms services bit slow

Perfectly fine location staff cleanliness and rooms.

Pros: The staff were excellent. The location was ideal for my purposes. The breakfast were quite acceptable. I was pleased and surprised by the microwave in the room however I didn’t use it.

Cons: Nothing springs to mind

Outdated accommodation but fab gym and great pool

Pros: Great pool although access via steep steps, excellent gym, cleaner Ying was always happy and friendly, easy access to Nana BTS

Cons: Dated room, poor sound control - can hear traffic and adjoining rooms. Breakfast dull, have to stand in the bath to have a shower, hard pillows, poor lighting

Pros: The staff were amazing. Lovely little garden, nice pool

Cons: Stairs to pool. Not enough sunbeds.

Good Hotel in fantastic location!

Pros: The location was excellent, close to everything we need. The bed were comfy, with breathable size, good family environment. One more good thing they provided 2 big size water bottle each day as complimentary, usually we need to buy from outside or minibar even after complimentary bottles, but in this hotel we didn't need to. The Check in and check out process was fast and comfortable. Staffs are polite and helpful. It's wasn't easy to find a family friendly hotel at that particular location with such a good environment.

Cons: It's not a complain but an expectation that if they also provide hand washing liquid, toothpaste and brush which we didn't get during our 4 nights stay. The price range demands for such amenities. Also the room cleaning service were good but the rotation time was too late. It took them almost past mid day to come to our room for cleaning. For a family with kids the time matters. How ever I would not consider those as down side but it is something the could improve in coming times.

Pros: Friendly staff at the restaurant, in fact: very friendly with a generous breakfast

Cons: There was noise at night coming from a nearby disco/night-club. Also, I had to print and scan on emergency a document, but the people at the reception could not help me! When I asked if they had a business centre I could use, this was not available!

Good location and comfortable stay

Pros: Location was good. Around touristy neighborhood and hospital. Easy commute to city. Plenty of shops and restaurants around Breakfast was acceptable Staff were very pleasant and attentive

Cons: Hotel interior does seem dated and need some refurbishing. Need more variety in breakfast choices

Pros: Cost at the premises more convenient than the one at Booking.com. Overall, good hotel having all facilities available nearby.

Cons: Blocked bathtub, every time.
