Amazing!!

Pros: The rooms were huge for this amount of money! Perfect accommodation for families. Although, we booked the deluxe family room with city view, the pictures did not match with the room we got but that didnt matter because IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER! The staffs were also well behaved and helpful. It was a pleasant stay 💓

Cons: The location was at the end of an alley although its like 5 min walking distance to the main road and there's also a 7-11 in that alley so its quite convenient but some people prefer to stay on main roads.

Great place to relax and go on trips.

Pros: The room and the entire floor have been renovated, with a great view from the window. Located near the underground, close to the bustling streets of Bangkok where life goes on all day long.

A great place to stay especially the cleanliness.

Pros: Location is near the BTS, easy to access. Food available near hotel, easy to find. It's central to many attractions (shopping in particular) and fun walking. Only disappointment is to expect weather around X'mas will be colder in the morning but nay.

Cons: The street condition leading to the hotel is not trolley friendly. Gym room a bit stuffy.

Pros: The housekeeping lady was so nice and cute. All the staff were so caring and always helpful. Thank you so much.

Cons: The breakfast was same everyday. I will give 5 on 10. The 2nd dinning area was so stinky. Only this was not ok. Overall everything was good

Pros: The employees were friendly. The room was well cleaned. Breakfast had good variety. Room was well air-conditioned.

Cons: It should be mentioned that the hotel is located in an adult zone and a caution for family travellers should be given. There should be at least one window that can be opened to get fresh air. Air from AC all the time is a bit suffocating even with the Exhaust on.

Great value for momey except the roaches😰

Pros: The property had big rooms with huge bathrooms and the view from the Bangkok skyline was beautiful

Cons: Everything was great until had encountered cockroaches here and there, the rooms were kind of dull and needs better lighting and renovations is a must
