Spacious, clean and comfortable

Pros: Super clean and comfortable guesthouse. It’s well located in Chinatown and we felt at home immediately. A big clean and comfortable room and an equally spaced kitchen, super clean bathrooms as well. Would come again when back in Bangkok.

Pros: Great guesthouse in a quiet backstreet at the edge of Chinatown. I lived in Asia before, so I really loved the location. Someone less \

Cons: While I did not at all feel unsafe, I would rather have had the main gate locked, especially when there is not staff at the reception. Tons of mosquitoes in the downstairs rooms, but that is no one's fault.

Pros: This hotel is very beautiful, authentic, really well.maintained and exceptionally clean. Room size was very large! We loved it.

Pros: The space is impeccably clean, the room was spacious and the location is excellent. The host was very responsive and organised for our arrival late in the evening. Snacks, coffee and Ovaltine are provided, which was so nice after a day of travel! There is a filtered water station and a hot water dispenser in the kitchen.

Cons: The snacks and Ovaltine sachets quickly ran once they were restocked and then weren't restocked again for a little while. The listing photos of the charming common areas are, I guess, on the 2nd floor and so we never saw them, which left our overall impression of this place as pretty basic. So I'd request a room on the 2nd floor if you can.

Pros: Hospitality of the owner and cleanliness. It was the cleanest place I’ve ever seen in whole Asia - totally recommend.

Cons: The location might be quite challenging while getting around

Cons: Is 15 min away from the subway station. Nevertheless, there are buses at 2 min walking

A wonderful place to stay in Bangkok!

Pros: Stunning building in a great area - lots of galleries, cool bars / coffee shops and Chinatown easily accessible by foot. Really clean, great facilities (free snacks, coffee etc provided), beds super comfortable. The staff can’t do enough for you - so helpful and lovely (and we second the other review about the owner being handsome! hehe) Cannot recommend enough, we loved our stay and will definitely be back when we are next in Bangkok :)

Cons: Everything was perfect - no complaints!
