A very good value for money spacious and quiet proprty ideal for a couple of days to explore Bangkok. Quiet residential

Pros: We booked a double deluxe suite and were surprised to find a mini apartment with lounge, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room all overlooking the lovely swimming pool. Good sized balcony too. It was a great space to reset after much traveling.

Cons: It was huge. 7 towers with a very complicated lift system. Breakfast was good with a large selection of lovely food but manic due to the number of people there.

Pros: The hotel buildings are amazing, pool is nice with the surrounding area, crew are nice, restaurants are really good, the whole experience was relaxing, refreshing and amazing

Cons: Location could be a little bit better, but I loved everything in overall

Pros: I have stayed here five times and the service is always perfect

Cons: I have always booked room.only, which suited me as I like a light breakfast in the coffee club but this time there was only an.option with breakfast. I know the hotel was extra full for new year but breakfast was chaotic as staff could not keep the food and drink stations supplied, demand was so great. Please go back to offering a room only option

Pros: The common area was beautiful, and the room was spacious with a great view. Staff was very helpful and we felt very welcome during our stay.

Has everything you need for a comfy holiday!

Pros: The staff was great everywhere, the pool area was nice and tropical and you could easily find sunny spots. We enjoyed the good gym and sauna too. The room was clean and spacious, the neighbourhood was more quiet than the city center but it had everything you need!

Cons: The pool area was full of dry leaves, ofc according to season(nature) but maybe it could be cleaned more frequently.

Wonderful hotel all round, large,

Pros: Large oasis with plenty of private spaces around the pool to lounge in the sun or shade. Abundance of pool towels, and lounge beds. Rooms are spacious, nice views high up, extremely comfortable beds, sheets and pillows. Breakfast buffet was sensational. I especially like the Indian flavours. My daughter was obsessed with the waffles and pancakes and Nutella! Staff are always smiling, friendly and helpful.

Cons: No twin beds available on check in, we were told they would change it the following day. However they didn’t have that option available. Even when we had pre booked a twin room. We were offered an extra bed. But this would’ve taken a lot of space in the room so my daughter and I just stayed in the king size bed.

Great venue, will be back again!

Pros: Staff are more than accommodating, everything was so clean and location was ideal for a first time visit to Bangkok.

Pros: Room = clean room, no wrinkled wall paper anymore, bathroom had been properly renovated/fixed, TVs worked properly breakfast was good

Pros: Good hotel, big and comfortable rooms. good location and excellent service.

Cons: The fact that the kids club ( ping pong table, pool table etc.) was closed during our stay. This should not be.
