Pros: It was so clean and in a great local area with fabulous local food and best coffee shop Caf and Cow unbelievable

Lovely hotel, a bit out of the way.

Pros: A simple, modern hotel with a clean and pleasant feel. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful. Our room was very clean, well furnished, and a good size, with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. There’s also an iron and an ironing board in the room, which was useful. The hotel has a good-sized outdoor pool, which is a nice bonus. There’s a shared laundry room downstairs, very useful for longer stays (free to use, though you need to bring your own detergent).

Cons: While the hotel itself is nice, the neighbourhood is quite dull and feels far from most attractions. From the photos, it appeared there was a communal workspace, but this turned out to be a meeting room that can be booked, so it isn’t always available. The internet speed was good when it worked, but it was unreliable and dropped out several times during our seven-day stay. The TV in the room is not a smart TV and doesn’t support Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV. The staff were kind enough to lend us an HDMI cable so we could connect a laptop, which we appreciated, but a proper smart TV would have been a nicer setup. There is a café/restaurant on site, but we only used it once as it felt overpriced for what was offered. It also closes quite early (around 5–6pm), and there are no other food or drink options within the hotel.

Would 100% recommend to pet owners!

Pros: I have been to many hotels with my 2 small dogs and have never received such a lovely and warm welcome! This place is sooooo pet friendly, all the staff super nice to both me and the dogs, provided bowls beds and food for my doggies, and upstairs has a pet area on the rooftop. I extended my booking and will stay again. After so many bad experiences with places claiming they are pet friendly, this place was a breath of fresh air and was 100% worth the additional pet fee.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like, all the staff were warm friendly helpful, the room was bigger and nicer than expected, the food in the restaurant was yummy.

Great base from which to explore Bangkok for families

Pros: Comfortable apartment style accommodation well suited for budget conscious families, but boasting a 9.2 star rating on Google as well. Helpful and hard working staff across hotel including Mink, Bank and Jay, as well as at reception, in cleaning department and in restaurant. Great affordable base for couples or families to explore Bangkok with restaurants, accessible on Grab routes for e-hailing and food delivery to the lobby.

Cons: Breakfast could have been served an hour later especially over festive season.
