Best hotel in bangkok and great price. Will always come back on our next visits in Thailand :)

Pros: Facilities is very good, have kitchen and nice bathroom and washing machine for family suites Receptionists and maids are lovely and very helpful Very neat and clean Great location, near bts station and also local stores

Pros: The staff were always amazing and friendly. The rooms always clean! So convenient to have the washing machine too. The beds are so comfy! Location is on a busy road, but wasn't an issue. BTS is just a short walk and close to 2 7eleven

Good Value for money.

Pros: Very Clean and modern rooms, bathroom kitchen and living area. Staff helpful and polite. Free water every day, with the offer of crisps, nuts, beer and soft drinks and washing powder at a very reasonable price in the room. Beds comfy and plenty of hangers. In the wardrobes. Washing machine so handy to have. Didn’t use the jacuzzi or gym although looked very nice. Would have preferred a small cold water pool. About a 10 minute walk to BTS Ok if fit and able. Some road noise but didn’t stop us sleeping. Road has several 7/11 shops. Cafes in the same Road. Good Value for Money.

Pros: This is my go to hotel when I arrive in Bangkok the rooms are perfect, excellent jacuzzi and steam room everything accessible from this soi ,Saint Louis BTS is a nice 15 minute walk from the hotel

Pros: Best value for money. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.

Cons: Only a few recommendations. The light is very bright. Some more options like floor lamps or indirect light would make the appartment more cosy. The sofa in the sitting room is not expandable. A bed sofa instead would also serve a family with a child.

Very friendly staff and clean comfortable room.

Pros: We really liked Zensation. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. The location wasn't as close to the river as I thought be we like to walk, so didn't bother us much. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and the sofa wasn't very good

Friendly and clean and quiet spot

Pros: Definitely the residential feel of it with the extra added bonus of a gym/steam room. The rooms was spacious to our needs and I would recommend the Superior room as opposed to the executive as we stayed in both. purely because I preferred the shower unit rather than the bath and shower all in one and it was quite high up actually climbing in the bath unless your a tall person 🙂 The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location was accessible to other areas and you would need a taxi to get around but I definitely recommend this place for sure ✔️

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. Nice hall and kitchen area in the suite.

Cons: The A/C was extremely noisy and difficult to adjust. The bathroom light switch needs repairing. It would be nice if the receptionist could call a regular metered taxi, particularly to go to the airport. We paid 550THB for the taxi they recommended!
