An excellent hotel with wonderful staff, in a good location.

Pros: Very clean, very well organised hotel. Friendly/kind and competent staff. Restaurants/food at hotel were also excellent. Easy access to skytrain - a quick walk through the shopping centre next door to hotel.

Cons: Quite expensive for South East Asia, but good value compared to some other capital cities (e,g, London).

Pros: Outstanding experience. The breakfast is excellent, with the best Thai desserts I’ve tried anywhere in Thailand I remember royal inspired dessert . Room cleaning is consistently precise and done to a very high standard. The reception team are extremely accommodating and helpful, and the Concierge service is just as professional. Service across the hotel is consistently strong. The gym is the largest hotel gym I’ve seen, fully equipped and far above the typical standard. Overall, the hotel fully deserves a five-star rating.

Amazing

Pros: The Centara Grand is a very good hotel. The staff is very helpful and professional. This hotel clearly meets the 5 stars standards. It’s very clean and very well located. There is a big mall just nearby with a big variety of local restaurants. Last but not least, the breakfast is amazing. This will be our new go to place when we stop in Bangkok.

An excellent hotel with great service with the location adjacent to tollways so you can easily get around Bangkok

Pros: Have stayed here numerous times in the past staff are excellent facilities. Very good, location also excellent.

Cons: Breakfast could include more interesting fruit, particularly papaya every day. I’m not sure he selects the fruit, but it’s often not that good considering what’s available in Bangkok.

Luxurious hotel with great breakfast and beautiful pool area, close to Chatuchak park and market.

Pros: Fantastic breakfast buffet, high quality, large choice. Lovely pool and sunbathing area with no overcasting shadows from surrounding buildings all day from around 9am. Very nice large room with good views, great shower and large comfortable beds. Very clean, great service. Helpful, friendly staff.

Cons: The pool area could benefit from a little maintenance with a few cracked/lose tiles near handrails etc. but overall the pool and large surrounding gardens are a lovely feature and one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Pros: Beautiful room. Amazing breakfast. Lovely dinner in the rooftop Blue Sky restaurant. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
