Greenery Hostel

A typical Thai house in the middle of the city, but surrounded by silence

Pros: Overall, it was very good. The location is excellent, they clean the room every day and also provide water and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. If I return to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Perhaps the water pressure was weak. That was the only thing, really. Because the rest of the features, such as carrying my luggage up the stairs to my room, was information I already knew beforehand.

Pros: We had a wonderful short two night stay in The Greener in a triple family room. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The outside areas are stunning with shade (and fans) to shelter among the beautiful plants and pleasant decor. There was a shared kitchen area well kitted out with dishes, drinking water and tables. The staff are incredibly helpful. It is lovely place to escape into, right in the middle of the city, and in the fabulous Petchaburi area.

Cons: Nothing, this place is perfect.

A budget friendly place close to shopping areas.

Pros: Nice and relaxing areas with all the greenery after a long day of exploring. Staff were nice and plenty of street foods in Soi 5 including two 7-11’s , Nail, Hair salon and massage places.

Cons: It’s a 15 minute walk to Ratchathewi Station. Thin walls-I could barely sleep because of the rolling luggages and foot steps. Staff needs to at least sweep the room and clean the toilet when making up the room-not just replenishing toilet paper, coffee and water.

Pros: Lovely receptions and cleaning staff. There's a clean kitchen and boiling water for hot drinks. Nice clean rooms with large bed and clean bathrooms. Outside there are a few street food stands and 7/11 5 minutes walk away.

good for short stay

Pros: location is okay - bit annoying to get to the bts but easily accessible by a walk or short grab bike. it was clean enough, easy check in and check out. space to sit in communal areas.

Cons: walk to the bts feels fine until you get to a strange alleyway … felt a bit unsafe. staff were fine but not the friendliest. very awkward shower/toilet area, super small. it flooded in the bathroom when we used the shower.

Back again

Pros: Second time staying here and still love it Friendly staff, super room with a comfortable bed and amazing location will definitely recommend. Stayed in a different room then last time - second floor and it was as good as the first.

great stay

Pros: Great place. Sad that prices go up. My first visit was 32 in my currency, now its 48 in my currency. Its a her lovely place but might be soon out of my reach.

Pros: Very good value for money stay in Bangkok. Near a great tom yum place. Bit of a walk from trains

Pros: The ambiance, the decoration, the location (a lot of street food around, including halal food, a 7eleven)

Cons: The matress is a bit rigid, and the bathroom floor will always wet no matter what. It's a bit far to walk to the closest metro station under the heat, but anyway, your best mode of transport in Bangkok is taxi scooter because of the traffic.

Pros: The hostel is in a fantastic location with lots of late night food options and is a short walk to the BTS. The staff are very friendly and helpful and assisted me with some heavy bags. The hostel itself is cute, lush and very cozy.

Cons: The floors are thin and you can hear people upstairs walking at night. It would be better if they provided hand soap.
