Pros: The staff, the rooms, the facilities, the location. Everything. The only small fault is the quality of the hotels internet. Besides that absolutely superb.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and attentive. Room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Cons: Air-conditioning unit seemed old and didn't really work as intended. It ended up operating more like a fan than AC (I'm not sure if this was an anomaly, but it was our experience) Location is good in the sense that there is a lot of options locally. However it is a bit of a drive away from the centre (around 30mins), so you may end up spending a good amount of time in taxis travelling to and from attractions.

A wonderful stay. worth every penny

Pros: The breakfast buffet was top-notch. Hygienic and healthy. Staff were very courteous and helpful Ambience was calm and refreshing

Cons: The wi-fi service was very slow. High speed wi-fi was available only on extra charge.

Pros: Far from the Bangkok smelly and polluted streets, quality living rooms, services is very good and very helpful personnel. The station is 10 mn walk, but good quality street living mall and neighborhood.
