Worth every penny

Pros: Access to the bts is super, available transfer to lotus for bts, snacks and coffee on the 2nd floor. Worth every penny. Please make your booking. We went to phuket for 2 days. We found our luggage safely kept aside. Extremely friendly at the reception.

Cons: Nothing. Loved it

Fabulous

Pros: The room is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Aircon is cold enough and WiFi is strong They also provide shuttle bus which can bring you to nearest BTS or MRT. Staff is very friendly This hotel does not include breakfast but they do have some snacks at coffee at level 2 which open 24 hours The room also have balcony with clothes rack which can let you dry your clothes Overall is super good

Very nice experience

Pros: Nice and well-appointed property. Sufficiently spacious room. The lounge is very comfortable, open 24/7. The free shuttle service for short trips (to the mall or the nearest metro stations) is exceptional. The staff is courteous and helpful. A little bit far from the certer of Bangkok, but the metro service is very close.

Cons: The cleanliness of the hidden areas of the room could be improved (there was a lot of dust under the bed, along with a pair of socks left by previous guests). The kitchen is practically useless, considering it doesn't have a stove or other appliances, just a sink.

Pros: Our second, for sure not last stay - very nice and big swimming pool, two smaller pools for the kids, snack/drink bar/restaurant next to it, many sundbeds, fresh towels available - beautiful garden - very tasty breakfasts - and the most important: great beach front bungalows - very good location, close to the city - very clean bungalows, cleaned every day - you can get a massage next to the bungalow on the beach

Pros: The hotel staffs is so friendly and reliable, they always answer to our questions. There's a buggy to drive us to the nearest mall and BTS station. Room is clean and value for money

Good for a night or two.

Pros: I liked the location. Very near the metro station. Plus, the hotel provides a shuttle that takes you to The big Lotus supermarket. The shower is great! A complimentary hair dryer was a surprise. Very welcoming staff!

Cons: Thin walls, very noisy neighbours, talking and watching TV all night long. There is no breakfast option.

Amazing location, lovely staff and massive room the bed was so comfy there was much storage.

Pros: This hotel was absolutely amazing, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful nothing was ever a problem. The shuttle to the near by malls was amazing! The location was perfect it was only a short walk to shops and there infinite coffee shops a 10 minute walk away. It was 30/40 minutes from the centre of Bangkok and was very easy to get to. The area was so quiet. The little kitchen/ living room with free tea coffee snacks was so nice and cosy and a nice place to chill. I absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend it to anyone a hidden gem!!

Unbeatable value

Pros: Fantastic location and excellent value for money.Ample drinking water replenished daily.Loved the free snacks, coffee and pause area setup on the second floor.The complementary shuttle to the shopping malls and drop off at the MRT and BTS was simply great and convenient.This shuttle operates on demand and until quite late.Bedding and towels were clean and fresh.The staff at this hotel are super friendly ,welcoming and pleasant.I will return due to unbeatable value of this accommodation.

Pros: Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The shuttle was available as and when needed which was very convenient. The dining/coffee area on the second floor was a nice place for a morning drink.

The best hotel I have visited in my life

Pros: This is my 3d time visiting this hotel. And trust me, I have traveled a while in my life, and so far this hotel is THE BEST in my life. And believe me, I have been to a lot of crazy hotel. But all of them might look fancy but not convenient as this hotel is. It has HUGE fridge, second sink, the hair dryer is AMAZING. The room has an iron and an ironing counter. And everything else what you usually have in premium hotel. And of course the lounge zone! It has all of the cutleries, microwave and everything for spending good time eating or relaxing on the soft sofa. Also the hotel has a Shuttle which can take you to any of the 3 Shopping Malls nearby so free!! I have never seen such a shuttle anywhere else...

Cons: The room doesn't have a stove. To heat something up, you have to go to the lounge zone to use the microwave.
