Overall a pretty decent hotel for price and staff is great, but water was a concern.

Pros: Clean and front counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff customer service is very kind. Close to Pratunam night market, so it is very convenient to shop.

Cons: Only concern is hot tankless water, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. So, if you are used to warm/hot water to shower, I don’t recommend. We bought the breakfast, so everyday had the 3 same Indian breakfast menu, so no variation. Still good though. Hotel also had a very strong cleaning smell, but you will get used to it in a day or two.
