A very relaxing stay in Bangkok

great value , quiet rooms , very welcoming

Pros: Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, and as a Bonvoy member, they seated us in a quiet area of the dining room. The breakfast staff were fantastic! While the room could have been a bit larger, it was very comfortable, clean, and well-organized for three people. The location isn't bad, although you do have to walk quite a bit to reach the BTS. However, they provide a shuttle every two hours, which is very helpful. The reception staff were also very professional and helpful.

Cons: I sincerely liked this hotel and will definitely be back in the future. The only downside is that the elevator is a bit too small for such a large building. However, you still feel right at home there; it really feels like a family-owned hotel..

Pros: Room is clean & comfy and could be more spacious. Breakfast was good. Location was near to BTS so its convenient. Receptionists were efficient and courteous Concierge, Tom & Potae were very helpful and knowledgeable. Shuttle service was a big plus!!

Cons: Shower flooring was slippery and would suggest non slip materials Would much prefer mirror in front of wash basin / vanity top.

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly helpful staffs. The location is about 7-10mins walk from Asok station but there are a lot of eatery and massage shops along the way.
