Best week in BKK

Pros: We stayed here for a week and it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is super central, right next to MBK and the main shopping areas. But the real highlight is definitely the staff. They are incredibly kind and attentive, making us breakfast and treats throughout the day (at no extra charge), always with a smile on their faces :) We will definitely be back!

Pros: Nine Design Place Hotel is centrally located. We were greeted on the first day by Noi, who was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. Constant tea and coffee service. A wonderful stay... The owner, whom we met later, was also very friendly. Thank you for everything. We were very pleased. Definitely a great hotel to stay at in Bangkok...

Cons: A few spots on one of the cushions(side seating area we used for luggage), and the floor was a bit crooked, which had its own charm

Pros: The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind — he immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. His positive attitude truly set the tone for our stay and created a great first impression of the hotel. The hotel itself offers excellent value for money: clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Thank you to the reception team for the warm atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only minor downside was that sometimes noise from neighboring rooms could be heard due to the wooden doors.

Great staff

Pros: Location- very well located. Close to train lines and the big malls and big supermarket. About 45 mins away from BKK with traffic and without traffic it is about 20 mins away. Breakfast- Nice decent breakfast- Eggs and bread with fruits (not a buffet but a fulfilling breakfast)+ free coffee/ tea machine + whatever fruits were available\\ Room- Decent sized rooms ( we went for the family suite room) Staff- I cannot stop raving and recommending the staff enough. The main host welcomes up with such gusto and prepared some mango sticky rice for us. The 2nd day we mentioned wanting to buy mangosteen's and asked him to point us to a supermarket we could nab it from, only to find out a few hours after returning home he gets us a plate of mangosteen and some traditional Thai sweets. I am sorry I did not get his name but I would definitely recommend this property because of him.

Cons: Bathroom- could spot some mould around the very top edges. Not sure if it is mould/ caulk/ something else. Could use a deep clean

Pros: Nine Design Place was like a home away from home. My family enjoyed our time. The warmth,welcoming, and helpful nature of the staff is comparable to none.
