Would recommend staying here!

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and big. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bath tub was the best tub I have ever used!

Cons: The cleaners accidentally threw away my contact lens case which was slightly frustrating but not the end of the world.

Best place ever

Pros: Everything! It's not a new place but looks new still. Location was perfect. Free tuk tuk shuttle was the best! Breakfast was good and varied throughout our stay. I've never said this before but this is truly a place I'll go back again if I'm back in bangkok

A comfortable and quiet stay with spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping, friendly staff

Pros: Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed and a washing machine, which was a big advantage for us. Daily housekeeping was excellent; towels were changed every day and bathroom amenities were replenished regularly. The bathroom was great, especially the bathtub. The location is convenient yet quiet; Phloen Chit BTS is about a 7-minute walk (or a 1-minute tuk-tuk shuttle ride), making it easy to get around the city. The staff were very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was good, but the selection was almost the same every day, so a bit more variety would be appreciated. The breakfast area was also very cold due to strong air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. While the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the BTS station and Embassy Centre is useful, both destinations are only about a 7-minute walk, so it would be even better if the service covered a slightly wider area. Additionally, the overall price felt quite high and the internet connection was not reliable enough for working.

A wonderful stay to start off our Thailand trip

Pros: Wonderful and accommodating staff, great breakfast and exceptional facilities. Huge shout out to the reception + breakfast dining team, and also JJ the man who drove us around with the tuk-tuk.

Comfortable rooms

Pros: Large studio and bathroom. Washing machine was great, clothes horses are available which we didn't know at the start of our stay - just ask reception. The staff were great and arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Tuk tuk to the mall was great value add. Close to the MRT.

Cons: The pillows were too tough & it is close to an expressway so a constant hum of cars.

Pros: I like the hotel is like I am staying at home , have kitchen , living room and I can reheat my food anytime have microwave and fridge.

Cons: Only one thing not good is the room temperature can fix , when I switch to 16 degree temperatures after and hour auto up temperature to 26 degree , can fix to stay at same temperature I want .
