Excellent hotel convenient for Sukhamvit and the Skytrain.

Pros: I have stayed many times at this hotel. It is modern, well maintained has friendly/professional staff and excellent breakfasts! Soi 1 where it is located is not the best in Bangkok but I like that is convenient to Sukhamvit and the transport system.

Perfect Location for Bumrungrad Visitors

Pros: Pros: We checked in at night and the room was already prepared for us. The air-conditioning had been turned on in advance, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. The biggest advantage is the location — extremely convenient for those visiting Bumrungrad Hospital, as the hotel is right next door.

Cons: Cons: The hotel is quite old, although it is clean. The water heater was unstable; even without adjusting the temperature, the water would suddenly turn too hot or too cold, making it uncomfortable to use. Staff: Staff experience was mixed. Some staff members were very friendly and welcoming, while others came across as rather rude.
