Overall really enjoyed my stay! highly recommend

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The room was super big and clean, great WiFi with very comfortable beds and a great location.

Cons: Water was dripping from the air conditioning inside the room at night which I mentioned to reception during check-out. I’m a light sleeper and did bring earplugs, but it can get a little noisy as I was on the second floor.

Pros: Friendly staffs. Convenient buggy ride to nearby market and train station.

Cons: My room is directly in front of the lifts, in my bed I can hear everything.

New, Clean and Quiet hotel located in Pratunam/Platinum Area

Pros: The best is the FREE shuttle service using golf car. Can pickup/drop off at lots of location, the drivers I met are so friendly, even wait us at 7-11 at non-peak hour. A little tips are required of course 👌🏻and the service are 7am-Midnight! We booked two rooms, one twin and one king bed, the King Bed Room is spacious but with no full body mirror. The twin room is about 25% smaller then King Room. Both rooms are CLEAN, NEW!!! Also, less crowded compare to other hotels!!

Cons: - There is no other facility like gym/pool etc. - Is not that soundproof if room next door is loud.
