Amazing stay with outstanding service – great job Vince Hotel Pratunam Bangkok!

Pros: Our stay was very good and everything was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We don’t speak Thai, and when we accidentally left our belongings in a taxi, the team helped us contact the driver and kept following up until we got our items back. We really felt appreciated and well taken care of. Big thumbs up to the team for their excellent service!

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Great staff, buggy service to nearby stations, excellent location for BTS and airport rail link. No balcony, nice rooftop pool area. Would definitely use again.

Pros: Well equipped room with kettle and fridge. Comfy beds. Superb breakfast if you like asian options. Free shuttle service that we did not use. Good for our 1 night stay.

Cons: The breakfast facility was small and crowded. I guess it is season. Some noise coming from back street during the night. Placards saying that you get fined if do this or that.

Practical, pleasant, clean and central.

Pros: Central and quite and personal always friendly and helpful. I loved that you could take a shower before heading to the airport.

Cons: Food and restaurants. At the bar it was very nice and the restaurants were more always crowded and there was an enormous choice of food. Personally I would have preferred less with higher quality.

A wonderful classic Thai welcome

Pros: Vince Hotel were excellent. Excellent location close to the Airport Link Train. The hotel provides a free buggy service to various points nearby.

Cons: The rooms are spacious but, could do with a little updating. But this is a small thing.
