Pros: The hotel is a very nice little place not too far from the city center. There's a train station in 5 minutes of walking distance. Most importantly, it's literally next door to the Yanhee International Hospital which was very convenient for me. The room is spacious and nice looking although I got one with a literal wall in my window. But I think it was for the best - the road outside is very noisy, and it starts to get loud pretty early in the morning. The room can be cleaned whenever you want - just put the sign on the door. The A/C works wonderfully - it was really cold in my room at times. The staff is polite and friendly, they can help you with a lot of things if you ask them. Overall, a great stay, I absolutely recommend it.
Cons: There were two things I didn't like: the first one is an insect problem. There were lots of ants crawling all over the table, getting into the kettle and mugs, and just generally being nuisance. Not the end of the world but not pleasant, either. I have also seen lizards in my room but hey, lizards eat insects so I'm cool with them. The second one is that no one explaned to me how to use the water heater (you need to flip the on-off switch near the door), and there was a small patch of black mold on the sink grout. Again, not the end of the world but not great.

Clean Rooms at Affordable Prices
Pros: I had an appointment at Yanhee Hospital and needed a hotel close by. 92 Residence was literally right next to Yanhee Hospital, which was great for me. It's also right next to a food market, so I was able to grab some food without having to walk anywhere. Rooms were clean, and prices were very affordable. 👌

Pros: Staff was helpful. It was close to Yanhee international hospital where I was having medical treatnents. Food vdnders were close.
Cons: Needs a little TLC.....regrouting of bathroim tiles and repainting.
