Watana Hotel

Pretty good!

Pros: Room size is good, and the bed was comfortable enough. Liked the pool, too. Great location.

Cons: Slow check-in. The door to the car park was always locked, so we had to keep walking up and down the stairs.

Excellent stay, highly recommended

Pros: The hotel has a perfect location and the staff are very professional, friendly, and welcoming. There is always a sense of activity inside the hotel, and the 24/7 reception service works flawlessly, which makes you feel safe and well taken care of at any time. Despite the high number of guests and rooms, the housekeeping service runs smoothly and efficiently without any delays. The rooms have balconies with a wonderful city view of Ratchada, which was a great bonus. The hotel is very close to Sutthisan MRT station, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, I truly felt at home during my stay and would gladly choose this hotel again.

Pros: Your some stuff is lady evening time duty she's very bad and very very unhelpful and no cooperative and she was like a stupid behaviour

Good place

Pros: 24 hr security guard Staffs are friendly 24 hr restaurant serves good food. Convenient store right under the hotel get anything you need Amenities such as coin laundry are near too Good parking for motorbikes under shelter (although it can get abit crowded) Walkable distance from Sutthisan MRT Love it when hotels allow for extra key card

Pros: The hotel staff would go out there way to help you even we did have a language problem sometimes if they was unsure they would go get help from another member of staff

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like

Clean and friendly

Pros: I loved the friendly service. The cleanliness is really nice.

Cons: The pool closes too early. Too much noise in the corridors.

Pros: Easy check-in , daily cleaning, and fresh clean towels close to stores and massages.

Cons: Front line staff need to be trained on tourist locations and activities.

Small balconies but handy

Pros: The rooms were nice and comfortable. Close to markets, shops and restaurants.

Cons: Balconies were very small and no seating. Felt more like a ledge not a balcony....

Pros: Comforfatable, clean room and pool. Near public transportation.

Bueno bonito barato

Pros: Extremely good value for money. 24 hour restaurant and massage salon on site, and a tiny pool.

Cons: The staff seem pretty unhappy - and there’s loads of them in the restaurant which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
