Good for above hostel prices.

Pros: This was located in a quiet area. A food court just over the road along with a 7-11 to use as a walking fridge. Take a photo of the hotel sign and the motorbike taxis will know where to take you for 20 Baht from the MRT station. There’s a decent sized pool too. Not a puddle to dip your toes in.

Cons: You get what you pay for. It wasn’t a 5* luxury villa. Its price bracket is above hostel rates so that’s what you get.

Excellent and would suggest everyone for a stay over.

Pros: Location was good in terms of being quiet with spacious room and amenities.

Pros: The room is big and the bathroom too but I wish the bedrooms blankets and sheet is new but other than that everything is perfect and the staff is very friendly

Best Hotel

Pros: After booking this hotel, I saw a lot of bad reviews about it being dirty, rude, dirty bed sheets, and many more. So I was worried about my booking that I would have to face the comments of other guests when I arrived. But it was completely wrong. The lady and the guy at the front desk were polite and clean. The pool (I saw this guy cleaning the pool floor every morning) The room had a great AC, the fridge and the shower were great. This hotel is 3 stars as shown on google map. 1 room for 5 person for 1 room book. When we arrived, one of the maids saw blood stains and went to the front desk to tell them and they gave us 4 new ones. The bathroom was big enough for 1 person to sleep in the bathroom and it was only a 1 minute walk to a 7/11 store. So everything was perfect for my first time in BKK and staying there. Also, I got my deposit back of 1000 baht. Also, please be warned, don't expect a 5-star experience in a 3-star hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff, old motel feel, great pool for swimming a few laps, not far from MRT, 711 right across the road, comfortable

Cons: it's quiet in most ways but you can hear other guests (thin walls) and you can hear motorbikes occasionally ... it didn't bother me but fyi in case some are sensitive

Pros: L'hôtel est bien placé, le personnel agréable mais avec un anglais limité. La piscine est superbe pour nager, une grande longueur. Il est évident que si vous recherchez quelque chose de plus luxueux, il faudra mettre le prix. Cela nous a bien dépanné et nous avons très bien dormi.

Pros: Pokój duży, wygodne łóżka. Pani w recepcji bardzo pomocna. W obiekcie mały basenik który był fajnym miejscem dla dzieci. Obok 7/11 i punkt gastronomiczny.

Pros: I was a bit hesitant to book the place because of the reviews but it was actually worth it. Staff are very accommodating and can speak english. We checked in late so they offered to leave our keys outside then we can enter any time. They don't have free breakfast, however, there's a 7'11 nearby and a mini food park so you don't have to worry about where to get food or other essentials. They clean your room upon request and they also provide bottled water every day. Plus strong wifi! We enjoyed the cool pool too. Overall, I can say it was a great stay for my family.
