Pros: The location is great, authentic and quiet but close to the main attractions. Chilling on the terrace above the river is amazing. The manager is friendly and super nice, the whole place has nice vibes.

Pros: Atmosphere, style, friendliness. All things necessary for life are there in abundance. Lovely people, animals and plants. All are taken care of by a hard working cheerful boss...

True Bangkok experience

Pros: Location is great. Fresh and ventilated as the guesthouse faces the river. The neighbourhood is quite cool, away from the touristy spots and surrounded by real locals. Ben, the host is amazing, he will understand your requests and accomodate all of your needs. Recommend to travellers on a budget that want to be in a strategic location away from the crowds. Also, plenty of good food options around!

Pros: My room was a very traditional style room really comfortable and gave me a really good Bangkok experience. The staff kept me company and would drink and smoke with me, it’s really nice to have a smoke by the viewpoint and they normally play music at dinner time then it gets silent at around 10

Pros: Incredible little place by the river. Big old fashioned dorm with futon beds and mosquito nets. Very relaxing by the river. Not crowded with party people. Perfect place for a solo traveler to get away from the heat and the noise.

Pros: Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views of the river and bridge.

Cons: Fairly basic but at that price you can’t complain. Gets quite hot during the day.

Pros: This is authentic experience by the river in a local neighborhood. Owner is very nice and easy. One night there was few few mosquitos, the other night a lot of mosquitos. Our 3 kids absolutely loved it there

A very unique budget gem!

Pros: The Riverside area is top notch for boat watching and relaxing. They are refurbishing the dorm rooms and probably more so next time the stay should be even nicer. The host is always super nice.

Cons: The giant pond in the middle could use a little trash cleanup.
