A comfortable and convenient hotel in a great location with friendly staff.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the Promenade Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Nana station, which makes getting around the city very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was comfortable and very clean, and the hotel itself was quiet despite being in a busy area. The pool area was also a nice place to relax after a day out. Overall, great value and a very convenient place to stay.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the hotel. Everything was comfortable and worked well for my stay.

Pros: Location was great, staff were friendly, close to a train station, wifi was great, was comfortable and had everything you needed

Cons: Shower head was a bit tedious and moved when on high pressure

Amazing value for money and roof top pool!

Pros: Room was a good size and the beds were very comfy! Good location and walking distance to the main metro stations. Staff were very welcoming. Roof top pool was an amazing edition, especially for the price we paid.

Cons: View from the window wasn’t the best but again for the price we paid we really can’t complain!

Pros: Nice hotel, located in a convenient part of Bangkok. Room was comfy Pool was a little cool at first then just lovely temp. Staff were first class.

Pros: Very clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, close to everything, but the street is fairly quiet. The pool on the roof is phenomenal :)

Pros: Nice clean room, lovely and kind staff, great swimming pool on the roof, 2 mins walk to BTS train, and even though Nana is quite intense its located in relatively quiet street

Perfect for my requirements

Pros: Traditional Hotel minutes away from BTS train station and easy train access to airport too . Nice location just away from the crazy part of Nana for a good nights sleep and bonus of a roof top pool . Staff very helpful and even allowed luggage storage and would be happy to book again

Great Soi. Great Hotel.

Pros: The location is perfect for me. The hotel I have stayed at for the past 20 years+. There's been so much development in Soi 8 but thankfully The Promenade has survived. Soi 8 is a great street for new-comers and old-timers alike.

Cons: I think I'm meant to say there is construction behind the hotel at the moment. It was no major concern for me.

Pros: The location is great, staff are lovely, especially the very accommodating concierge. The room was lovely, and very clean. Pool also has great views. Would definitely stay again.
