Thailand 🇹🇭

Excellent, well run hotel in the heart of Bangkok, close to BTS.

Pros: Stable Lodge is a really well run hotel in a fantastic location on Soi 8, Sukhumvit. The bed was super comfy (9.8 for the bed), the bathroom was clean and everything functioned well. There was even decent quality toilet paper unlike many 4 star hotel in Thailand. The swimming pool was excellent, easy to access and clean. The onsite restaurant served a decent range of Western food and drinks. There was no annoying cash deposit which many Thai hotels charge and check-in/checkout were a breeze.

Cons: The only two slight negatives were that the hotel is ever so slightly dated and there was a slight smell of the previous occupants of the room but it soon dissipated. Also there was a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee provided. Very minor points though and we would definitely stay again.

We always enjoy our stay ar Stable Lodge and the staff recognise us after so many visits we are back in a minths time.

Pros: We have stayed at Stable Lodge many times over the years and live the old fashioned vibe of this hotel. We especially like the outside pool and restaurant. Very short walk to BTS and Soi8 has all you need. It has become more expensive as has Thailand generally and Bangkok particularly.

absolutely loved my stay

Pros: the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were very clean and the facilities were great. any requests I had for the staff were never too much trouble. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Cons: There was really nothing I didn't like. The location was great and Transport options were great with train nearby. I really didn't like having to leave. Thats it, zero complaints. I just want to come back again!

Pros: A nice, quiet hotel. Close to the nightlife but away from the noise. There are a few nice restaurants and bars on the same street close to the hotel and lots more within walking distance. ~3min walk to Nana BTS Station Very friendly, welcoming staff. Guest friendly. The room and furniture have some wear and tear. But cleaning was always excellent! AC in the room was very effective. I am very happy with my stay here and will definitely come back!

On the whole and absolutely first class experience.

Pros: The location was absolutely spot on. Breakfast was just right, with a good choice and variety of food. Although the staff were absolutely first class I found the rooms were a little tired and dated. Overall first class and I will book to stay again.

Cons: Everything was excellent, but I feel the rooms were a bit dated and tired and could really do with some updating also I couldn't get any sport on the TV and only two English speaking channels.

Pros: The location is very good, A quite street near all the actin in Sukhumvit.

Cons: The elevator was broken when I arrived, but thankfully they fixed it in the same day

Best hotel in Bangkok!

Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly and the bar and pool area was so cozy! Best hotel in Bangkok! I am often in Thailand and wish I had discovered this hotel earlier. I will stay here next time I visit Bangkok.
