Great all rounder on a budget

Pros: Only one night stay so hard to have a good picture. It's a nice hotel good price and good facilities. Location is good for nana BTS many good restaurants and bars close by.

Cons: Only one night stay no negatives

Nice but not perfect

Pros: Very friendly front desk. I had the suite with two bedrooms. Good air condition. good beds clean bathroom, big walkin shower. Coffee machine in the lobby. Swimming pool on the roof big and not too cold. Nice grass for the sunbedarea, this is very rare in Bangkok.

Cons: Noise from traffic. No smart TV.. no light switch near the bed.

Pros: Rooms were very spacious. Nice pool area. Close to nightlife and restaurants

Pros: Everything in this hotel was good, very comfortable, my room had a decent kitchen, with a washing machine. I would definitely stay here again. To be honest, this whole Soi is really well kept and a really good location. Everything was good.

Cons: Only thing was the building works going on next door but that's no fault of the hotel and it won't go on forever either.

Pros: Great location - at centre of it all Kind staff Comfortable bedrooms and good balcony

Pros: Big room. Location was good. Away from noise but close enough to avoid long walk.

Cons: Pool area is quite limited for beds or ordering drinks

Pros: Excellent and friendly service from all staff. English speaking Reception staff were helpful in extending my booking at very short notice. Rooms are a good size with comfortable bedding and modern facilities. The bonus is the roof top pool and open garden in the surrounding area. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons: Nothing at fault.

Excellent Location

Pros: Hope Land Hotel has an awesome location and very helpful staff — everything went smoothly. The interior is a bit dated, but overall it’s a great hotel and I recommend it.

Location excellent, hotel very good, friendly staff, house keeping excellent, always kept tidy, fresh towels etc.

Pros: Excellent location for a trip to Bangkok, most importantly for me was being able to get the train from the airport 35bht to Asok station, where then you can catch the smaller train 25bht down to terminal 21 and then literally a 5/10 min walk to the hotel, nice quiet street, money exchange place and good little bars and restaurants, good atmosphere, decent hotel, room and location, couldn’t really knock it for the price, would stay again 👍

Cons: Not there fault but the is a new building being built next door (1/12/25 at time of writing this) so 9am there was a little noise, nothing that I would have cancelled my stay and moved on as location was excellent.

Pros: Clean and very close to nana bts which is also a prime location to roam around in Bangkok

Cons: While most of the tourist that stays here are nice some are weird and rude. I was traveling alone with my 5 year old boy. Rude faces just destroy your mood even though the hotel can’t interfere in such people’s behaviour or attitude
