Cassia Rama 9 Bangkok

Pros: We checked in late evening and stayed only for one night therefore we didn't use many services. However, the room is clean and with enough amenities. Breakfast can be improved further.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel very comfortable. The people were kind and positive, creating a warm and relaxed environment. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to all important places. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. Everything was clean, well organized, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended

Pros: It was a lovely stay, we were upgraded to the 36th floor and the room was lovely, with a beautiful view, good appliances and comfortable overall. The SPA was amazing, we tried the couples valentine package! I wish we would have stayed a bit more. The service was friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out, which was very useful to us. There is also a convenience store as well as some pop-up restaurants right next to the hotel entrance, which is very handy if you don’t plan to ‘eat out’.

Cons: We left our room on do not disturb and saw that someone came to clean anyway. But even so, they did not replace the used towel and just removed it, leaving us only with one. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper, whereas I feel like there should be more as backup to not rely on cleaning service.

It was hectic, I had an awesome time. I was travelling solo and for 3 weeks this was my base and I had an absolute blast

Pros: I liked the rooftop view, my duplex balcony view, the convenience of what was available down in the lobby/ foyer area, the roof top bar made an awesome long island ice tea I drank many of those 😋😋😋

Cons: That chairs/sun beds were limited on the roof, elevators though they had plenty more available only 3 are available for hotel guests which can cause delay.

Pros: We had a wonderful apartment on the 35th floor. The view was amazing. Nice pool area, great breakfast, shops, food court in the building. Good value for money.

Cons: Other guests: very loud during the night. Location is not the best. Access only by car/taxi.

Pros: We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. We have been to several hotels but I could say this was the best. So yummy and a good variety of food was there. There was a cook he seems so innocent could barely speak in English but he was so nice to the guests with his pleasant smile. We love him. Thank you for the good food

Cons: There was a smell near the lift area and inside the lift it was a bit annoying

A Lovely Stay in a Beautiful Loft

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the Cassia Rama 9 Bangkok. It was very clean and beautifully kept, and the overall space was really nice and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to rest well after a long day.We also appreciated being given two key cards, which was very convenient.

Cons: The only small thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a rack to hang towels or wet swimsuits after coming back from the pool. Aside from that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Clean and very comfy bed. Good pressure of water under the shower - that’s the rare thing in Thailand :p Nice free transfer to the mall Central Rama 9.

Cons: Water in the swimming pool could be warmer :D
