Pros: We spent 2 very pleasant nights here. The room is spacious, the beds very comfortable. Everything is clean. On every floor you'll find a microwave, a kettle, free water bottles, coffee and instant hot chocolate. The breakfast was fantastic! Location is great, very close to Hua Mak station and therefore very close to Airport Rail Link. Would definitely return!

Pros: Accueil chaleureux. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre très propre et confortable. Quartier populaire, animé (proche d'un marché pour les locaux) et sûr (Poste de police à proximité), à 3 station de l'aéroport BKK (avec Airport Rail Link).

Awesome little family run treat at a tremendous value.

Pros: Just about absolutely everything. This family run property consists of a fabulous little cafe bakery and coffee shop, the kindest sweetest daughter, mom does the baked goods/cooking which is excellent, and Dad drove us to the airport! The facility is very well conceived, clean, and convenient. The Price is Right too! What Disney

Cons: Well, the street out front is very loud so our room was street side and it was a bit much. I did sleep well though because, Bangkok. I think City noise is an issue in and of itself when it comes to night time accommodation. The motorcycles can be quite loud. If you're concerned just request a room on the side not the street side.
