Maitria Hotel Rama 9 Bangkok - A Chatrium Collection

Pros: It was fine, we originally booked for 4 nights but ended up changing to 2 as we did not realise how far it was from all the main spots, you need to get a taxi in and out everytime you want to go somewhere. It was pretty nice and comfortable

Cons: That it was so far out and only a 711 and small cafe downstairs.

Loved our stay, highly recommended.

Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was amazing! Train service was a bit of a walk, but the Bolt service is at hand, very efficient and cheap.

Comfortable stay with a swimming pool in Bangkok

Pros: Comfortable room with good room service, well-working shower, and we had a nice view, air conditioning worked well. Also, the slippers and bath robes were a pleasant addition, we used them very often. There was a swimming pool on the ground floor which we enjoyed. Breakfast was very good with variety of food and also there were delicious options at the restaurant in the evening. Location is a bit far from the city center, but the taxi services worked well so it was easy to get there and back at any time. And during the holidays season it was quieter than in the city center, so it was also a bonus. There are some shops (including 7-11) and restaurants nearby. We stayed there for almost a week and it was a really pleasant stay.

Pros: My second stay here and cannot fault anything here, great hotel, very spacious rooms and a great breakfast. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommend!

Pros: The kids play area was partly why we booked, then the pancake machine at breakfast ended up being an immersive experience for her too. The pool had some odd toys and boards for the kids to enjoy too and then there was a visible and present manager who didn’t try to micromanage the team and even came to greet us at the pool ensuring we were ok on the last day

Cons: It’s a non smoking hotel, but at night we were having a hard time sleeping due to someone smoking either in the room or fire exit which was next door, which came through our ac real strong and caused both my toddler and I to cough quite a lot

Very comfortable hotel with great staff!

Pros: The staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice! Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food from the restaurant is good too!

Cons: The location isn’t ideal but if you don’t mind a 35/40 minute walk to the closest train station it’s okay. The walk to the train station isn’t the nicest.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Property is very neat and clean . Breakfast is amazing. We stayed for 2 night and our stay was very comfortable. Room is very beautiful.

Best location and helpful staff

Pros: I like the location and the staff is friendly and always helpful. Clean rooms and value for money. Location is great for sight seeing and for shopping as well.

Like I said the staff were amazing very clean clubs and bars around the corner but if you want to go anywhere in the day

Pros: The staff were amazing very clean hotel bit out the way from everything but if you like to stay up late there’s loads of bars and clubs a 10 minute walk around the corner excellent Hotel

Pros: Really nice hotel, no noise, friendly stuff, good air-conditioned, breakfast is really good you can find something for everyone. Also, you can order lunch or dinner for your room. 7 eleven is literally 100m from there, also next to 7 eleven there is a laundry wash cheaper then in hotel. It's really clean and comfortable, would highly recommend.

Cons: Pool is not like on the pictures but if you don't stay linger it's fine there is so much to do more in Bangkok.
