Pros: The staff went beyond the call of duty. I’ll be writing a positive review in light of the fact that I lost my phone and with commitment and resourcefulness they, a young lady in particular, helped me retrieve it. OUTSTANDING

Pros: Really nice property with very helpful and friendly staff in a peaceful neighbourhood of the city.

Cons: The air con worked well, but it just made a damp smell in the room not sure why. Grab (taxi) drivers didn’t really enjoy coming down the neighbourhood and the wait for a cab could be around 30 mins during a busy period. Is this the same in other parts of the city?

Good value for the 1 night stay that i required.

Pros: No breakfast and a short walk to the Embassy where i was visiting.

Cons: No tea or coffee in the room. I think you could buy on site. I was in a bit of a rush so didn’t ask about these things. Only noticed when i checked out.

Clean and quiet hotel in central BKK

Pros: Second time staying here. Clean, simple hotel with large rooms and a lot of space. Was very quiet and could not hear other guests at all. No cleaners waking you up in the morning either. Staff are pleasant and helpful

Cons: It’s a bit of a walk to the station- around 15mins.

Quiet, clean, and close to Silom — great for a simple and comfortable stay

Pros: The location is great — very close to Silom but tucked away in a quiet inner street, which makes it very peaceful. The staff are polite and professional, and the daily room cleaning service is excellent. The place is simple but clean and well-maintained, perfect if you just need a place to sleep and go out

Cons: They take a 500 THB deposit for the room key, but they return it right away at checkout, so it’s not a big issue — just something to keep in mind
