communication was extremely difficult

Pros: good size rooms and bathroom, very clean and comfortable, close to everything

Cons: staff could not understand English, only 1 porter could speak English. informed after we paid that there was no hot water, had to wait for a written english explanation that it was only for the last day of our stay, I would suggest 1 reservation desk staff should be able to speak English. we were about to ask for a refund and to search for another hotel. thai Restaurant downstairs, before ordering I asked to confirm that the meal came with rice or vegetables. Waitress nodded. but meal was just meat. When I questioned the meal, she pointed to the numbered meal as if to say that's what we ordered. Tried to order some ice to take up to our rooms, my husband has sore knees, barman did not understand the word 'ice'. maybe an icecube tray in the freezer could overcome this

Perfect transportation location, great sleep.

Pros: Great gym. Excellent buffet breakfast Nice central swimming pool. Free bag storage. Let me use pool shower before my late night flight. I was on 9th floor, my quietest nights sleep after 7 weeks in Thailand. Right on metro and the skyrail. Perfect for the airport.

Cons: Didn't bother me, but my room was getting alittle dated for this price range. But clean and everything worked.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely, catering for everyone. The location is perfect, right on the skytrain. Staff were all fabulous.

Cons: The guest rooms are looking a bit tired now and could do with a little modernising.

Pros: Being right on a BST station made getting around easy. Breakfast buffet was good.

Great value for excellent hotel.

Pros: Standard of hotel excellent. Location great, rooms nice and comfortable, breakfast tremendous. Nice swimming pool.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: The hotel is linked to the Ratchatewi BTS station, which is so convenient for moving aroung Bangkok. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, with both Asian and western choices, including an omelette/egg and pancake station with dishes made to order. I noticed that fresh fruit and bakery items were replenished very frequently. Maybe an odd comment, but the pillows were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially those cleaning our room. We would definitely stay here again

Cons: Not so much a dislike, merely an observation that the room could do with a refurbishment. Although comfortable and clean, it looked a bit dated

Pros: close to airtrain, bridge connecting to skytrain 24 hr very late checkin available

Cons: 1000baht damage deposit, wont take debit card (visa/mastercard) although can pay for room with debit card

Great stay for people who want proximity and ease of travel to any part of Bangkok

Pros: Absolutely live this hotel. Have recommended this hotel to quote a few people coming to Bangkok for it's fab location and great breakfast. The amenities are also amazing and the proximity to all things shopping is just great. Added bonus, you just step out of the BTS into the hotel directly. Has everything you could want for a comfortable stay;

Cons: Only downside... they take a pretty hefty security deposit that you get only once you checkout.

Pros: The lounge area is amazing with the hanging lights the rooms are spacious 6 lifts swimming pool gym ,breakfast is buffet really good

Cons: Its the main road really busy always waiting for taxi but you flow through traffic after a short wait

Pros: Connections with bts from the hotel, perfekt place for start check bangkokwith clean rooms and god beds, pools and god breakfast, real good valde for the money. Will return everytime here
