Very comfortable, great location. Only the M Club was as slight disappointment.

Pros: Lovely rooms with great views as always 👏 Super-comfortable bed and bed clothes. The bathroom was luxurious with lots of hot water and a 5* shower. Lovely staff!

Cons: No turn-down service and M Club a little disappointing - it feels rather more like a quiet-ish canteen than an exclusive facility.

2 nights at the Marriot

Pros: Exceptionallly well appointed king bed with Benjasiri Park view on level 25. Wonderful breakfast with amazing food choices. Brilliant views from the rooftop bar. Stayed as a couple. Tourists. The bed was the most comfortable one on our trip thus far.

Cons: Very popular with tour groups from a particular country. They descend on breakfast like locusts. Not an enjoyable experience unless you arrive early. Ie 7am. Smoking at the rooftop bar should be banned as non smokers hate it. Otherwise, an exceptionally good 5 star resort.

Repeat visit and a happy customer.

Pros: Breakfast buffet was a real highlight of the stay- excellent variety and well prepared. The concierge desk organised a couple of tours for us. We were very very pleased with our guide Bantitha- a thorough professional, good communicator, very caring and considerate towards my mother who was not fully mobile- she planned things very well to ensure my mother was able to alight and disembark easily and didn’t have to walk as much. She went well beyond our expectations. The food at Akira Back restaurant especially the vegetarian variety was very delicious as well. And Not the usual token items one gets as a vegetarian. Highly recommend.

Cons: The beds were somewhat soft and sunken in the centre. Not so impressed with the rooftop bar- there really should be better food/bar food items available there so one can linger and enjoy their drinks.

I would like a refund for my breakfast.

Pros: Everything about my stay was amazing except for breakfast. Rooms were comfy, and good size, Gym is nice, everyone is super polite and friendly. Reception is good. Was teased and told that i might be getting a room upgrade, but because i had booked it thru booking.com they said i wouldn't :(

Cons: 1. Breakfast: I ordered an Eggs benedict for breakfast, and it was the worse Eggs benedict i've ever had. the Eggs were no poached.... but raw. the bread was almost frozen. I instantly ran up to my room and Vomit it out, and had a bad stomach ALL DAY. 2. I find it slightly annoying.... but since i had the bad breakfast the first night, I couldn't cancel it and remove it from my bill since i had already paid for it!. Not doing that again.
