Pros: Good value for the price. We stayed here three times, and all have been good. It is not the cleanest place, but it is enough. Good beds, and good location,

Cons: Would have been great to do an early check in as we requested, but I understand that maybe the whole place is booked each of the three times we've been there.

Pleasant building, lovely garden, my room was a bit gloomy

Pros: Good location, close to the boat, Khao San streets and the little park by the river. The place was clean and there's a beautiful little garden with a small goldfish pond - a peaceful retreat from the city. My room and the communal areas were all very clean.

Cons: My room was a little gloomy. It needed lighter colours, maybe a picture on the wall. A reading lamp would have been appreciated and made it more homely. My friend's room was much nicer with a corner window, trees outside and a nice colour on the walls. So I guess it's down to good luck, which room you get.

Pros: Best place I stayed in bangkok beyond a doubt. The samsen street is the only khaosan street I like, the room was great, the balcony perfect, everything was right. Laidback attitude, relaxing and comfortable.

Pros: For the price it was great. We could left our baggage in the reception before check in, they were so nice. There was 7-eleven 3 minutes by walk and also lots of restaurants and markets. They are doing quite nice breakfasts for little money. Room was simple without TV, the AC worked and was good, shower got warm water and the bed was clean without bugs. Overall, great for the price. As they wrote on the reception, if you expect 5 star hotel, pay the 5 star hotel.

Cons: Toilet sometimes didn’t flush properly and beds a bit hard, but good value for what you pay

Pros: Amazing location to Khao San road and very easy to access. Room was big and comfortable and a great sleep!

Cons: I hoped there would be a safe but there wasn’t which was a bit disappointing.
