Tara Place Hotel Bangkok

Pros: There is good air conditioning in the room and the location is nice, no sound comes from the street, only it is possible to hear people on the corridor, which is okay I guess. Would stay again.

Cons: Bathroom is not soundproof. Rooms are not really soundproof. Wi-Fi was slow at least in our room - 402.

Pros: The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing you hear is any noise from the hallway but it didn't always bother

Pros: Location was great for Khao San Road and that area of Bangkok. Room was spacious and clean. Ideal for my 3 night stay.

Cons: Location not as good for Sukhumvit area of Bangkok.

Pros: On overall we like our stay much. The place met our expectations fully. Great location! Bonus thing is that the hotel has a free tuktuk shuttle to Khaosan Road and closest pier every two hours. Which was great!

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel several times, the location is very good, the staff is very kind and helpful. About 500 m from the bustling Khao San road and Rambuttri street, but there are also many good restaurants and bars nearby. The river is also within walking distance, and the main attractions of the Old Town (Royal Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, etc.) are also not far away. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is a cafe next to the hotel where you can have breakfast with a voucher you received at the hotel, therefore the choice is limited, but it serves the purpose. The rooms are of adequate size, the equipment is okay. The rooms facing the main street are a bit noisy. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Pros: Great location. Decent size room. Large firm bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi.

Pros: Close to night market and reasonably close to Wat Pho. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would return here

Excellent value worth considering

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Location not bad. Fairly quiet at back of hotel. Reasonable size room. Very good value though with breakfast included in nearby restaurant.

Cons: Noisy blowy aircon. Hard bed but normal in Thailand. A bit dated but overall it was ok.

Location was very convenient.

Pros: The free coffee in the lobby area was really nice.

Cons: No small face towels and no kettle in my room.

Cons: The location made it a little hard to get into the city due to traffic but it's close to major attractions. We also had some ants in our bathroom so we had to be careful with not having any food in the room.
