Nothing Excellent Stay

Pros: We have stayed here many times on Club floor Presidential Suite, every aspect of our stay was perfect helped by caring , professional staff especially in Club lounge .

Cons: Nothing , the hotel is slowly been upgraded without losing its charm

Excellent hotel in a brilliant location

Pros: Nothing to dislike at all. This is our 4 th stay here and cannot fault it. From a warm reception with the bell boys taking cases from the taxi, to the check in , the food, the location, the comfort of the rooms all excellent. Very very varied breakfast options to suit all tastes.

Great place to explore Bangkok

Pros: Great location on the river. Had a great stay and the best thing is having a free boat to central where you can explore Bangkok at your leisure. Great room with comfy beds and a really nice welcome for our anniversary. Concierge was also extremely helpful

Pros: Everything was perfect! Fantastic location on the river including boat shuttle service. Food market and shops in walking distance and so much more by only a short taxi or boat ride. The bed was so comfortable and the view over the river was incredible! Breakfast was also fantastic with so much choice and great quality food. Staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. It was difficult to leave! & huge thank you to (I think) Luca who checked us in. A fantastic stay!

The perfect base for reaching every part of Bangkok with the added benefit of relaxing on the terrace in the evening.

Pros: River location and the shuttle boat to Saphan Taksin made it easy to get around the city. Great terrace overlooking the river which was particularly good in the evening with live music. Super room with great views of the river and the colourful Asiatique night market.
