Great....with exceptions

Pros: Staff were absolutely brilliant...nothing eas too much trouble

Cons: Food was OK..but I have had a lot better in hotels... Layout of the hotel was very strange...lifts no where near reception so quite a bit of walking because even though they have golf carts which you can use it was usually quicker to walk as there were only 2 of them

Pros: Great location for families. Really good breakfast.

Cons: Would of been nice if the pool was heated.

Cons: Shame boat shuttle is no longer in operation. The bus shuttle runs infrequently. So does mean taxis everywhere. Not much sound immediate area

Pros: The back look facing the river was amazing with the silent deck and small swimming pool. The buggy car service was also amazing
