Pros: lady at reception was amazing, allowed an early and was on hand to help Location is close enough to the party scene but far enough that you are not caught in the middle of it

Overall it is livable and tolerable

Pros: Location is quite accessible to all of Bangkok, in a quiet location as it is at the end of a small lane but need to walk to MRT or BTS. Room size and toilet is fine and adequate, with good staffs

Cons: Could be better if they arrange for small amenities like shampoo and shower gel, coffee, and more serving pieces and bowls, provide enough bath towels without request, have all TVs and connections checked out before guests check in, it is a service apartment with limited parking facilities

Pros: The ball pit and pool was awesome for our daughter adjusting to jet-lag. The actual space was well appointed with a comfortable bed and enough space to spread out. Receptionist was very helpful.

Cons: The apartment is advertised as having a fully outfitted kitchen but there wasn't really the tools required to cook much.
