Pros: I love this place. All the staff are friendly happy and helpful, especially the reception staff and restaurant staff, well done.

Cons: Unfortunately some people with bad habits are now using this hotel. The constant banging of room doors is very annoying. Notices should be fitted on each room door telling people to close their room doors softly. Also people now smoking around the pool because they think they are above the hotel rules, this has to stop. This is a lovely hotel and we need to keep it this way. People who cannot obey these simple rules to help other people have a lovely stay should be asked to leave.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. Seemed that all taxis knew where the 4 monkeys was.

Pros: Nice hotel with really friendly staff. Rooms are spacious but not so much if you have two large suitcases. Beds are comfy and rooms are really sound-proofed so we didn't hear anyone in other rooms. AC are brand new i think (or the clean it really good 😅) and they work really great. Location can be plus or minus but depends on what you want to see. Overall really nice place and would come again here if I'm revisiting Bangkok.

Cons: Toilet needs a little fixing since sink is broken and water is leaking underneath and also showerhead was leaking everywhere.

Pros: Small and quiet hotel, clean and within walking distance to Khaosan Road. Staff is very friendly and very eager to help. Room size is very good with comfortable bed.

Cons: Breakfast is served in a hotel across the road. This may sound awkward at first but in practice it was not a problem at all. You just have to cross a road three meters wide!

I despise having to deal with booking.com

Pros: The hotel was fine, but as usual, the service from booking.com was an absolute shambles. They really are a terribly unhelpful, unfriendly, unyielding faceless corporation who care about profits before service. I opened the site up while logged on (genius level 3) and got a worse price than my wife who wasn’t logged in at all. What a bunch of conmen.

Cons: The hotel was great.

Pros: Great location, near to the Khaosan madness, but not too near. Nice neighbourhood with good bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds with nice bed linen. Good size room. Very nice staff. Plenty of electrical sockets.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location, the rooms were clean and the rooftop was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, happy to help you with anything you needed. Boom on reception was particularly amazing he made us feel really comfortable and was very helpful!

Would definitley reccomend, it was clean and has great facilities.

Pros: The room was spotless, so clean and tidy. The bed was huge. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, so accommodating to any requests we had. Location was great as close to khao san road but on a nice quiet street. Can’t comment on breakfast or the pool as we didn’t use it. Roof top bar was great too with lovely staff and lovely cocktails.

Cons: I can’t think of anything!

Pros: Very good value for money. Nice comfy rooms and pretty good location in Old Bangkok with delicous restaurants around. The staff is helpful, thanks a lot :)
