Pros: The hotel was beautiful with interesting art, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they were great to have conversations with, we spent a lot of time talking to Zen. We will definitely be coming back.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful little hotel and such amazing staff. One of the best hotel experiences ive had. This is one hotel I will definitely be booking again.

Pros: Zen and the team did an amazing job looking after us from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and had a great attention to detail. The breakfast (included with our room) was exceptionally tasty and there was plenty of food to set us up for a busy day exploring. Zen’s recommendations, stories, and humour made us feel at ease. The room and hotel were decorated well and the whole vibe felt very authentic. The location was also great, set in the heart of the Old City. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning!

Cons: Our only feedback would be that the en-suite bathroom was extremely hot/humid (not air conditioned), and there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels etc near the sinks.

Perfect balance of peace & quiet with easy access to more lively spots.

Pros: Mew and the rest of the staff were just wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. It’s in a quieter part of town but an easy walk to some great day & night spots and far enough from the crazy bit of the city to feel comfortable, but equally easy to get a taxi from when we wanted to go crazy.

Pros: A truly lovely stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant colonial-style architecture and charming details throughout, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. From the warm check-in with a cold drink and biscuit, to a generous, delicious breakfast, everything felt thoughtful and well looked after. They even kindly stored our bags after checkout while we went sightseeing, which made a huge difference. Nothing was too much trouble, and we’ll absolutely be back — for longer next time. Great location as well.

Pros: If you were looking for a place to stay in Bangkok, look no further. From the location to the staff, everything about this hotel was above our expectation. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast delicious the location was perfect. Most importantly, the staff was fantastic. Our luggage never arrived and the staff surprised us by having bought us some fresh clothes as a gift They also spent over an hour on the phone with the airport, trying to locate our luggage. This goes so far beyond any experience I’ve had at hotels. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.
