Go for the feeling you're an important customer.

Pros: I found the staff the most friendly I have encountered while staying in Thailand. Their staff have the personality that will bring back customers.

Cons: I was hoping for an upper floor as usually there is someone above me that makes noise late at night, whereas I'm an early to bed, early to rise person. I requested the upper floor on Booking.com, I received a message that they could accommodate that request. However when I arrived at the hotel, there was no top floor available. However, there was minimal noise and I slept well.
