Good location with a department store and many restaurants and street vendors in the evening

Pros: It's a proper apartment, very clean, with bedroom, sitting room, kitchen dining, bathroom toilet. Plenty of space, more than double a hotel room of the same price. The location is very central, a walking distance from the Airport Rail Link. If you get the BTS, it is one stop from Phaya Thai station, getting off exit 3/ exit 4. (exit 1/ exit 2 do not have an elevator to come down the side you want.)

Great location, clean and quiet in the centre of Bangkok.

A hidden gem in the Victory Monument area. Loved our stay

Pros: We stayed for a month. All the staff were lovely. Paula was super helpful. Pool was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful 60s apartment

Pros: This place is like a well-preserved heritage building or museum of original 60s architecture and design. The apartments are spacious, with parquetry and cleverly designed, built-in, slatted-door (for circulation) wardrobes and ample, solid wood shelving. The furniture also seems original as do the light fittings. There's a wide balcony, sliding windows, Venetian blinds, a neat and trim separate kitchen, lounge room, separate toilet, shower (with built-in seat!) and washbasin featuring separate connecting doors to the kitchen (for guests, one assumes) and bedroom. I would love to live in such calm, thoughtful design and quality materials for a long time but alas the price reflects the glory. Close to Victory Monument and Phaya Thai BRT stations and plenty of eateries and the amusing Baan Bar.

Cons: High price.

Pros: Very clean and quiet. It’s a dated condo with limited basic facilities but ok for a short stay

Pros: A spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and very nice host and great big swimming pool. Also the kitchen is convient, however there is a very limited number of kitchen accessories - literally 4 spoons, 4 plates, 4 bowls etc.

Cons: The furniture was quite old fashioned which is ok however the bed in the master bedroom was creaking very much with every move which made the sleep not that comfortable.

Pros: Great location, big apartment and Paula the manager was very helpful.

部屋自体はとても快適でしたが、価格としてのお得感はありません。それなりです。

Pros: 清掃がとても行き届いていて部屋の中はもちろん、ベランダに至るまで清潔でした。部屋も広かったです。シャワーの水圧がとても良く熱いお湯も出て満足でした。シャワー室とトイレもきっちりと仕切られていてトイレが水浸しになることもありませんでした。駅のショッピングモールを出てから1分というのも良かったです。

Cons: アメニティはシャンプーとリンスだけ、タオルは揃っていましたが石鹸、ドライヤーなどはありませんでした(言えば借りられると思いますが)。スリッパもありませんでした。ただ素足の方が良い人には問題ありません。床が磨かれていてとてもきれいでしたから。
