Convenient City Hotel

Pros: The bed was large and comfy, for a family with 2 infants. The location was super convenient, with the market across the road and shopping complex around the corner.

Cons: There's no elevator - not sure if it was written somewhere in the listing. But wasn't informed until right before arriving.

Would defo come back next time

Pros: Stunning view, good location. The room was spotless clean, good noise canceling even it’s very close to the BTS

Cons: No hot water in my room, and there is no lift as well, but the staff were very friendly and helpful carrying our luggages upstairs to our room

Pros: The room is very well organised to make it more spacious than it is. It's located near victory monument bts station, which makes it so simple to travel here and there

Pros: I truly enjoyed my stay, staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Check in process was smooth and easy, staffs also had no issue with communication. Everything was well organised & instructions were given out very clearly. Place was clean and well-maintained unlike how it's said in some review. The room service cleaning was also pleasant ;) I'm also very happy with the complimentary plain water that was provided. Location is also situated near BTS Victory Monument with 7E situated just a few walks. Located near mall and they have a small night market near the hotel which is very convenient. I'd honestly love to come back again because of the service I received and the wonderful amenities and pleasant stay.

Cons: My Grab struggle to find the hotel (both when I order GrabFood & Grab Ride) but with the convenience of the public transport, it's not much of a problem. Just a heads up, there's no lift but staffs were willing to land a hand so not an issue :)

Good place to stay in the heart of Bangkok

Pros: Nice place and well located in the centre of Bangkok!

Cons: There wasn’t a lift there, it was a bit tough when we need to bring our luggage on level 4!

Pros: Location is lively, with hawker stall and small shopping mall nearby

Cons: Water heater is not consistent. Hope it could be cheaper.

Pros: The room is very nice, clean. Restaurants , shopping malls and public transport are very close. Highly recommended

Pros: They are clean, tidy, and well layed out rooms. We only stayed for 1 night prior to going to the airport, and it had everything we needed. We were also lucky to be upgraded, which was very welcome and appreciated, we would stay again

Cons: Hotel can be difficult to find at street level , suggest a sign on the main window

Pros: Clean, convenient. Located near the BTS station, food and shopping center is near the hotel.

Cons: No lift

Pros: Friendly stuff, great location, self landury machine, clean and comfortable, reasonable price!

Cons: Sometimes no hot water for shower. Indoor air strange smell, the electronic exhaust fan must be turn on anytime.
