Pros: it was a very spacious room, a lot more than we expected. clean room and aircon was strong so that was really good. there’s a restaurant right outside the building if you don’t want to walk to khaosan road as well as laundromats nearby and 7eleven. Everything is close by, about 25minutes from the Iconsiam mall (on bike). Our host Jacob was easy to reach when we had a few hiccups with the aircon and door, responded within minutes to help us and was nice despite it being 3am😂

Cons: only thing was we wanted brooms or vacuum to tidy our room a bit since there’s no cleaning service provided

Pros: The room was nice and big, the only problem on my point of view and doesn't make any sense is, no bad side table lights, only one main light, if you turn of that light you stay on the dark without any other options, it's not practical...
