Pleasant and calm stay near the center.

Pros: Very good location. Nice facilities, helpful staff. Shared kitchen available. Great shower and water pressure.

Cons: It is inside a mall, which is great as there is a food court and shopping options. However, we struggled with accessing the property once we arrived (as we got there when the mall was closed) - a backdoor/underground garage access needs to be used.

Had a wonderful stay here. Excellent every way.

Pros: It was my first time here, I was really happy staying here. Everything was as expected or better. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good location. Highly recommended. I would certainly return again 😊

Pros: Has a communal kitchen space. Room is spacious and well equipped. Bed is comfortable and overall is clean.

Cons: Has a humming sound from a machine in the room either from the garden outside or elsewhere

Pros: I like the location... The hotel is at the top of Nana square mall... There is a good court below the hotel... Which is mostly for the workers in the mall and for online delivery... Though there are tables and chairs to enjoy the food... But only two or three of them remain open... Planning for a dinner make sure you ask them their closing hours ...

Wonderful stay at Nana

Pros: very comfortable and clean beds staff very helpful, smiling and welcoming only lower beds are available - it increases comfort level, climbing up wouldn't be convenient food court and shopping mall

Cons: please consider adding curtains - there is absolutely no privacy if you don't hang towels and other stuff around bed

Pros: Their staffes are well behaved & promising. Cream, shampoo, soap, gel, moisturiser etc were available. Very neat, clean & quiet.
