Excellent location and value for money.

Pros: Excellent location, was able to get everywhere I needed easily and lots of evening entertainment a short walk away. The owner is really friendly and I was able to store my backpack for 2 weeks (at a discounted rate) and check back in at 1am (100 baht). I think it's really good value for money. Safe neighbourhood. Happy walking around as a single female.

Pros: Nice location, nice host! Bedroom is good for one or a few nights.

Great location, reasonable pricing, basic amenities

Pros: Central location close to MRT and BTS stations. Clean room, helpful staff. I had one bathroom per two rooms, so shared bathroom was not a problem.

Cons: Very thin walls, I could hear neighbours talking. I'm not sure the bed sheets are changed often, they didn't feel like fresh ones anyway. This was the first time I slept on polyester bedlinen, it was very .. sparky.

Fantastic location with affordable private rooms

Pros: Fantastic location! Just on the side street of Terminal 21. Private room was basic but comfortable, shared toilet was not too busy.. fridge was available on each level of the house. Great security with key card access after hours

Cons: Room walls are a little thin so it's unfortunate if you have late night chatty neighbours

Over all wonderful stay

Pros: The room was big and comfy Had all I needed: desk, mirror, a place to hang clothes, solid mattress Fridge in front of the door (such a plus!!) Staff was very friendly Calm place Could store my bags until 5pm at checkout day 👌 Very close to Pier21, where you get cheap and delicious food!

Cons: As there's only one bathroom for several people, it sometimes didn't feel that clean. Was cleaned daily though :)

Pros: Such a super comfortable low-budget option right in the heart of Sukhumvit. Wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts.

Pros: Amazing location and friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!

Cons: Nothing bad, you can't expect too much from this reasonably offered pricing.

Pros: the second time stay in here. everything is good, expecially the location which is very cloae to 21 terminal and BTS

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, great location, overall better than expected, clean room, shared bathroom not ideal but nothing to complain about really. I had a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Cons: Bathroom smelled a little, but it was always clean, and it is shared, so no complaints really.

Pros: Great location at a great price with comfortable clean beds.
