Perfect stay — cozy, quiet, super clean and incredible value for money. Would definitely come back!

Pros: We loved everything about our stay. Even though it’s called a guest house and they also have dormitory rooms, it actually feels more like a small boutique hotel. We had a private room with our own bathroom and balcony — very clean, quiet and comfortable. The towels and bed sheets were perfectly white and spotless, and the pillows were super comfy. The common area is spacious and cozy, with places to relax or work, plus free tea, coffee and snacks. There’s also a fridge and kitchen facilities if you want to prepare food. The location is excellent, right near Sukhumvit Road in central Bangkok, but hidden in a small green side street, so it’s peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything felt easy and trusting, like staying with friends. Amazing value for money.

Pros: The unit is very central, with easy access to the MRT and the BTS. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I took a room to myself so can't speak for the dorm room. My room was really spacious so I was also comfortable to do some work in it.
