Pros: The staff very friendly and helpful. A nice welcoming vibe.

I would definitely stay at the same hostel next time.

Pros: Very friendly staff and good location. We had a few requests due to travelling with a baby and they were very helpful with everything.

Pros: Location is good. There are some local restaurants with delicious foods

Pros: it is near the subway which makes it a really good choice good massage places nearby, a great shopping mall as well roof is great balcony of family room is huge staff is ok, not great english but they try to help

Cons: only one key for three persons to enter kitchen from lobby (or viceversa) you need a rfid tag which was in the key so that was really inconvenient also there is no trash can in the kitchen... another bothering stuff... you need the tag to go to a trash can don't know who thought about that anyway will not discard this hostel for that... as a matter of fact i stayed twice there... but that is really inconvenient

Cons: Very loud, mostly due to all the air conditioners (especially on our balcony).

Pros: Clean hotel with 15 minutes walking from the metro and 30 minutes walking to BTS Skytrain. Right next to a 7/11. We were in a private room, but the hotel was overall pretty clean and we couldn’t hear noise from other rooms. We were able to store our luggage upon check out and pick it up in the afternoon. Upon arrival we had to pay a 400 THB deposit for key - worked great. Payment and deposit is payed in cash. The staff was friendly and were what could be expected at English.

Cons: We were informed on the day upon arrival that we would need to change rooms in the third and last night. A little annoying but manageable. We asked the staff at what time and she said 1 pm. The morning on the day for room switching our phone rang at 10.00 am, it was the staff wanting us to switch rooms now. This could have been avoided or planned better. Also another thing to notice, was the beds. We read reviews saying the beds are hard and they were not lying! They were in fact very hard. We could manage but if you have a sore back this bed isn’t for you. Also a cockroach ran over my foot in the lobby.
