Definitely worth a stay and I am going to go back to see the people :)

Pros: Staff and the people who train at the gym are like a family. They really make an effort to make you feel welcome. Trainers are awesome and the rooms are clean and Aircon is fantastic. Definitely worth staying there

Cons: Neighbourhood is abit rural but the people are very friendly :) The mats are not so comfortable on the feet but you get used to it and they do clean it every day

Staying at Sor Vorapin Muay Thaï Gym

Pros: Really nice place, the coaches are very friendly and the rooms very clean.

Cons: Wish there was a private bathroom, but for the price I paid, I wouldn't complain about it, hehe

Unexpected eye opening stay

Pros: Super unique place, we came for the room but ended up doing a class which was super enjoyable. Staff were nice

Cons: The location on maps is wrong every taxi driver took us to the wrong place. The walk was also slightly intimidating for a female traveler with lots of loud dogs

The real life

Pros: The owner was easygoing and helpful. Also, hi is a Thai boxer, and you can train with him. If you want to get out of your comfort zone, just go there. Don't think of any tourist places. You can gain insight into true reality. I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you. 👍🏻

Cons: It's not easy to find the property.

Pros: Nice people that helped me out when I needed to do my laundry. I was only there to stay the night, not for Muay Thai training or something like that. Apart from that it was everything what you could expect. I had a pleasant stay.

Cons: Matras was a little hard. But that may be expected at such a place

Bonne expérience pour tester le muay thaï local

Pros: Je suis venue à la base car Sor Vorapin était proche de la gare “Talin Chan junction” pour aller à Kachanaburi et proche d’un Floating Market (Khlong) donc pratique. J’en ai profité pour faire 2 cours de Muay Thaï que j ai trouvé top même si pas évident ! Super expérience et beaucoup de champions sont passés par ce centre qui date de 1979. Les entraîneurs sont eux-mêmes d’anciens professionnels.

Cons: La chambre est simple mais bien, le lit est dur pour les gens sensibles. Il y a une cuisine à disposition mais pas de restaurant dans la guest house. Il faut marcher 10min pour Les 7eleven les plus proches. L’endroit est calme et charmant mais excentré de la route principale et dur à trouver car l’adresse n’est pas claire !

Pros: Tucked away from any main road, perfect nights sleep with no loud noises. The 2 guys running the Kickboxing gym are super nice. If you are searching for authentic Muay Thai kickboxing lessons I 100% recommend this gym. I’ve seen and been to 3 other gyms since visiting Thailand and they all have the same basic whitewashed tourist training sessions. Not this place, I watched 2 sessions he taught here and they are absolutely the same treatment and tempo you should expect from a training session.

Cons: More assistance and instructions need to be given to guests BEFORE checkin about how to get to the guesthouse. Taxi drivers using GPS drive in circles and we didn’t receive proper instructions until we reached out ourselves to the person handling checkins.

Pros: Tränarna som bodde och skötte det va alltid hjälpsamma och glada. Aldrig några problem utan det va lättsamt alltihop. Kul att unna träna så länge man orkade.

Cons: Va lite krångligt att hitta första gången och gps adressen visade en väg på baksidan. Viktigt att berätta adressen och inte bara gå på gps nålen.
