T-House BKK 2Floors near BTS with swimming pool and free Wifi

Pros: Cheap, great location, clean, and free filtered water. This is now my go to for Bangkok. Many thanks!

Perfect Stay

Pros: Everything was great, clean, comfortable and for Bangkok quiet. Room is spacious and comfortable and the pool is lovely

Pros: I love this place. It's quirky, artistic, inexpensive and interesting and it's a great location.

Cons: the pillows! they felt like foam.. they were uncomfortable

Nice

Pros: The room was big and nice and exactly as we could see in the picture. It was clean, and we had two complementary bottles of water. Swimming pool is small and located in a little corner outside the house. But it was refreshing anyway.

Cons: The girls in reception almost did not speak to us. They communicated so little that I could not say if they spoke english at all. Do not expect help or much assistance from them. The place is located in a small soi (street) near the main road but you will have to walk a lot or take a motorbike to get to BTS. So not very near public transport. They do not have a proper place to keep your bags if you arrive early or late. They just keep them in the middle of the main room where anyone could rob something as many times there is no one in the reception.

Pros: The room has a nice design and it was clean. It stayed cool during the day, with AC turned off, so it was a pleasant surprise in this heat outside. Extra plus for the pool, even though it was small.

Cons: It was a bit too humid in the room, the clothes couldn't dry off through the night. Also, the staff was absent for most of the time, there was a girl at the check in, who couldn't speak English, and after that I didn't see anybody for two days.

Pros: The design of the rooms and the size of them. Very big and beautiful rooms.

Cons: Nothing really

Trendy stylish room

Pros: Clearly the decoration is wonderful. The room is one of a kind and the bathtub is a real mood. I havent been to the swiming pool but its a must having one in a small acomodation like this ! Way more private than big skyscrappers hotel pools. High standarts restaurants around and a few bars with different atmospheres. Not far from Silom district aswell ! The staff was really nice and they helped me recieve my luggage back which got lost at the airport before. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and AC working well !

Cons: As a couple we had no problem with the opened bathroom but keep that in mind if you travel with someone and need some privacy. During our staying a big construction was going on behind the back window so expect construction noises from 8am to 5pm. The street is pretty noisy day and night since there is a speed bump in front of the entry, cars and bikes accelerate hard right after passing it. The owner was not really available by message.

Quaint and charming room in a quiet but well located neighbourhood makes this a win.

Pros: The location is great down a quiet alley with a couple nice coffee shops and a 7-11 on the corner. The design is very cool and has great personality. I really liked this place and extended.

Cons: I can’t think of one thing.
